You are right in one way, it is something I've always stuck my nose in the air about, a throw-back from childhood and my imagination telling me there might be an eyeball in the gelatin somewhere. However, I have a host of aunts and uncles and a parent that would go completely insane with joy if they saw that headcheese. You would make them very proud.
