I liked this...I think my favorite bird is the duck. I liked this post a lot. <br /><br />There was a good article I came by in the past year, but am unfortunately unable to find at the moment. It was about the 'lost art' of making peking duck, that b/c it has been so commercialized in restaurateur/eatery industry that the last generation of 'masters' who "REALLY" know how to roast the duck artfully are moving on. :o <br /><br />I think it was in the NYT, but can't find it :(mcchanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15631271564389198470noreply@blogger.com
